NFIA FOOD FOR THOUGHT (ENGLISH)

The NFIA newsletter highlights in Food for Special Purpose on the unique collaboration in the Cater with Care consortium. Carezzo is partner in the consortium and in the newsletter the protein enriched bread is introduced. The bread was tested in the SENTO consumer taste panel by Wageningen University showing that the sensory profile of Carezzo protein enriched bread matches the preference of seniors aged 55 and over.
